PDF A Study Implementing The Paediatric Pain Profile

Following this study we wished to see if we could make the PPP a ‘handier’ document.  We produced The PPP as an A5 booklet that we call the ‘Mini PPP’.

Trial of the Mini PPP in the North West.

With the help of a grant from the North Lancashire and Cumbria Health Innovation and Education Consortium (HIEC) and working with colleagues in the Pain Team at Alder Hey Hospital, Liverpool the Mini PPP was trialled with families in the community and at the hospital.  The Mini PPP was well accepted and continues to be used following the trial.  We are looking in to making these copies available more widely, though there will be a charge for these – £5.00 per booklet + postage.
